This book is one of the best overviews of German passenger ships. From the imperial period on, every passenger ship over 10,000 ts has been presented. Sister ships and ship classes are of course mentioned. For each ship, there is an overview of the ship details and a short curriculum vitae on the left side of the book. On the right side of the book, you can find photos of this.

In the appendix, there is also an alphabetical index of names with an indication of the number of pages in the book.
